TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).

POLICIES FOR ORDERS, SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND:

Order Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Once Items are shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy:

Usually our customers are only delighted with our products. But there may be times when you would want to return the items and like a refund for

 it or have it exchanged. We are here to help.

 

Due to the nature of our products which are art supplies, return of item/s partial or whole box (in case of a subscription box) is accepted only in the event of a product being damaged to the extent of it being in unusable condition. For example: Minor packaging dents or scratches that do not affect the product or its ability to function will not be considered for return.

  • Damage notification must be made within 72hrs of receipt of item.
  • You may return your purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are free, in case of wrong item delivered and damaged item delivered.
  • If you are returning a damaged item, please contact us at info@skriblbox.com with pictures of the damaged item as soon as you discover it.

Skribl Box does not take any responsibility, of any damage caused during transit or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  2. We will duly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cash on delivery returns:

In case of Cash On Delivery we will issue a ‘Credit Note’ which you may use to purchase in future.
Procedure to utilise Credit Note:

  1. You need to select COD option at the time of check out when you make your next purchase.
  2. Then send us an email with your order number and copy of your credit note.
  3. Upon receiving the item, you may submit the original credit note and balance amount if applicable to the courier.

Shipping fee is AED 20 upto 5kg, and AED 3 per additional kg anywhere in UAE city limits. (Remote area prices start at AED 70 per upto 5kg and AED 3 per additional kg)

Save on shipping! If you like to self pick up your order.
We are offering Click&Collect option at 2 locations.

Delivery turn around:

We ship out usually within 1-2 days if all products are in stock. In case, a product is on the waitlist then the shipping time depends on case to case basis.
Delivery times:

Morning Batch is from 9am-3pm
Afternoon Batch is from 4pm-9pm
However, due to COVID-19, there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control.

 

Currently we ship within UAE city limits only.
All items are delivered via our contracted shipping companies.
Once Items are shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
We will send you a tracking number upon dispatch of every order.

(Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the
law of UAE.
