Faber-Castell’s 9000 pencil provides all creative artists with an extensive range of pencils in different grades of hardness for sketching, graphic design and shading work. These pencils have superior leads made of finely ground graphite and clay. The break-resistant leads are smooth, never scratchy and the pencils are guaranteed to sharpen easily. The “green pencil from Faber”, which was already being mentioned with approval by Van Gogh and Goethe, has now become part of everyday life. The 16 different grades of hardness range from a delicate grey hue to a deep graphite black, and offer artists a wide range of possibilities. The pencils are available in 16 degrees of lead hardness indiviualy or in assorted sets.
