Cotton contains very high cellulose and therefore is at the very heart of all handmade paper. Cotton waste is generated from cotton hosiery and is in turn chopped and beaten. Use of eco-friendly, sustainable dyes makes this paper available in various colors. This fabulous paper has deckled and finished edges and can be used for printing, writing and painting. Our designers and artisans work together to bring to you tree-free paper and products that are both visually compelling as well as unique. Our wonderful TREE-FREE paper is both handmade and 100% sustainable. These papers are lovingly created and designed with cotton, linen, coffee husk and other residual plant fibers such as lemongrass, corn husk, mulberry, banana, flax and elephant poo.
